Discretion is part of the service. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
When you apply we collect your first name, age confirmation, social handles, follower range, country, a contact method and the content boundaries you tell us about. If you join the roster we also hold the information needed to run your accounts and pay you.
Why we collect it
To assess your application, contact you about it, and, if you join, to manage your accounts, plan your content and report your results. We do not sell data and we do not use it for anything you have not been told about.
Who can see it
Only the small team assigned to your account. Every team member is under a confidentiality agreement. Your personal accounts, real name and private life are never linked to your work accounts.
How long we keep it
Applications that do not proceed are deleted within 90 days. Roster data is kept while you work with us and for as long as the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing office@rgoagency.com.
